INITIAL MEETING
When you contact us, we will set you up with an experienced Memorial Counsellor who will reach out to you initially by email or telephone.
Depending on the the complexity of your request, and your preference, future contact can continue this way, with the assistance of your Memorial Counsellor and their wide range of resources.
If you wish to meet in person, we can set up an appointment for you. Rest assured that we are following the government outlined safety protocols, including wearing masks for our face to face meetings. While not mandatory, we do encourage you to do the same so we can provide the safest possible experience for all of us.

PREPARING
To prepare for our first meeting, it can be helpful to view other memorials for inspiration. This can give you an idea of shapes and colours and you can determine what appeals most to you.
